PTE academic will allow you to do their sample tests for a limited number of questions. You need to first register in their websites to access their free samples. Below are the screen shots from PTE Academic test samples. Click on each images below to get the original size.

In the sample section, you will be given few seconds to quickly analyse and glance on the image. After the allocated time, the recording will start and that is the time for you to start talking and describe what you have seen. I am not sure if this is the same in the actual test.
There is also a read aloud part, where you read the texts and record you voice then review it later on the results sections. There is no actual scoring for how you read the texts. I think the section will allow you to listen to how you pronounced words and speed of your voice (clarity).
