After you have your bridging course you are in need of an employer to sponsor you for a working visa or permanent residency. Sometimes, other overseas qualified nurses will directly apply for permanent residency and should all the expenses during the application process.

For more than 5 years now, various websites for finding a job have changed. Some of the websites that I can provide you in looking for a job be suitable for you. Below will be the lists of hospital websites that you might need to apply. Please note that not all nursing home is included in these lists and the majority of the websites are public hospitals.

https://iworkfor.nsw.gov.au/ - this is for the entire New South Wales (NSW), Sydney is part of the NSW. Use your maps to know how far you are from Sydney when applying.

https://www.seek.com.au - this is a great website looking for a job in the entire Australia. You can modify your search in accordance to the location of your choice. Some advertisement might redirect you to the official website of an employer.

https://au.indeed.com - is similar to seek.com.au that will provide you with a variety of choices for your nursing career.

https://smartjobs.qld.gov.au/ - for any nurses who would like to work in Queensland, this will be the best website for you. Brisbane is the capital of Queensland, 'clustered in its South Bank cultural precinct are the Queensland Museum and Sciencentre, with noted interactive exhibitions' (wikipedia 2019).

https://www2.health.vic.gov.au/about/health-vacancies - this is for the whole Victoria. One of the many state and Melbourne is the capital city. 

http://jobs.sahealthcareers.com.au/caw/en/listing/ - this is for the job listing in the entire South Australia. Adelaide is the capital city and close to Melbourne. 

https://ww2.health.wa.gov.au/Careers/Occupations/Nursing-and-midwifery/Nursing-and-midwifery-employment-opportunities - this is in the whole part of Western Australia. Perth is the capital city.

https://health.nt.gov.au/professionals/nursing-and-midwifery/nursing-and-midwifery-recruitment/employment-and-vacancies - this is the career portal for Northern Territory. Darwin is the capital city. 

https://www.dhhs.tas.gov.au/career/home/nurses2 - this is the job portal for Tasmania. 'Hobart is the capital and largest city of Tasmania. It is also the most populous city in the state, with a population of about 220,000 people' ( Worldatlas 2019).

https://www.ramsayhealth.com.au/ - this is a profit organisation and owned heaps of hospitals right across Australia. If you want to work here, you can explore their websites and job offers. 

http://www.healthscope.com.au/ - 'Healthscope is a leading private healthcare provider in Australia with 43 hospitals as well as a market leading international pathology operation in New Zealand' (Healthscope 2019).

https://www.bupaagedcare.com.au/careers - is a profit organisation. The majority of their facilities are in nursing home business. If you want to work in a nursing homes, this might be your other options.

Some public hospitals may sponsor you, others may not due to strict implementation of the Australian government that they need to prioritise their permanent residents and citizens. However, never loss of hopes as there will be always something for you.
